[Seattle Greycat] Stupid nightmares
Jun. 3rd, 2009 05:46 pmI think I got about 4 hours of sleep last night because i was having
anxiety nightmares all night. I really don't want to have to shell out
the money to go to a doctor and get back on my meds, so I'm hoping this
is a one night deal. I have noticed that over the last few weeks my
anxiety has been a touch worse, but nothing even close to what it was
last year. No shaking, wringing my hands, stomach in huge knots so
tight I'd throw up if I ate, plagued sleeping and waking up startled by
nothing every few hours.
I also started doing a 15 day detox cleanse. The cleanse is 15 days,
but I'm going to strech out the detox for at least 15 more days,
possibly until i go to San Francisco.
I have no idea what i should do tomorrow. It's my day off. I was
thinking of walking the entire path of Elliott Bay park for a while - I
wonder if the Humane Society will loan me a puppy to walk. Town Lake
Animal Shelter did that in Austin - you can go and register with them
and then walk a dog for that day by the trails and river/lake.
Not much else is going on lately. Same old shit, really.
