Again, my days off were filled with chilly and sometimes rainy days,
but of course, as soon as I go back to work, the heavens above have
come out with their resplendent loveliness. *Sigh* It's even supposed
to get close to 80 this week.

Anyway, last night I went to see the Horrors. It was awesome, as the
band has such a fantastic live presence. They didn't play any of the
old stuff though, which was a little disappointing. But it was still a
great show.

There was a couple in the audience that decided to come masked. By
masked, i mean the "female" partner was dressed all pretty and was
wearing a bondage mask. Usually bondage masks are ugly anyway, this one
was uglier. It looked like they took a brown suede sack, cut some eye
holes and put a zipper in for a mouth and then bedazzeled the crap out
of it. I so wanted to take a picture of it, but I couldn't bear to. The
two of them were high on something, and proceeded to try and get into a
big fight with another gay couple next to me. In came the bouncers.
Granted this was after the "fem" decided to shove a beer bottle down
his throat to drink it all. Ahh...so modest. I'm all for doing whatever
the fuck you want in bed, but don't bring it out into the public.

I also got hit on by some douche who decided to try and pick me up with
the line "Hey! I know you from somewhere!" I asked where and he started
listing off shows and stuff...to which I said "I really haven't been in
Seattle that long, so it's doubtful." and then he just started acting
all full of himself like he was awesome or something and I just stopped
talking to him.

So in other news, I'm going to see Star Trek at the IMAX tomorrow. That
should be fun. I know Morgan is dying to see the movie.

And lastly, since I seem to have gained something like 20lbs since I
left Austin, I'm doing the whole South Beach Diet thing. It seems a lot
healthier than say...the Master Cleanse. (Though, I really should do
one of those.) The hardest parts will be no caffine and no alcohol, but
I will survive. Maybe I can kick my caffine habit, as well as stop
drinking so damn much. Honestly, the diet isn't that different than how
I normally eat, it just helps me focus more on what i am eating and to
stop eating so many carbs and sugary things, as well as lessen my
cheese addiction. I used to be very good about this, but since being
here, I've been very bad.

Anyway, that's about all. :)
